Q: Are you open on weekends during the school holidays?
A: YES, we are open every day 10am – 2pm during school holidays and every day except Mondays during term time.

 

Q: What time are the dino shows?
A: 11am, 12 noon and 1:30pm. 11am and 1:30pm is the big dino show (same show) and 12 noon is the baby dino show.

 

Q: Do I need to book online for tickets?
A: No, just purchase at the door. No limit to the number of tickets available per day.


 

Terms and Conditions:
Shows are subject to change without notice. All tickets are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers. Tickets are not redeemable for cash and are not valid after the displayed date. Once booking is made, date is final and cannot be exchanged for another event date due to but not limited to change of mind, wrong date booked or weather conditions. Admission price includes entry, shows, butterfly house attractions, both mazes, dinosaur park, but does not include merchandise, food and drinks. Entry is subject to all conditions displayed at the front entry. No animals may be brought into the glasshouse, animals on leads are permitted onto the premises and in the cafe. Management reserves right to inspect bags on entry and exit, and to refuse entry or remove guests for failure to comply with any condition of entry. The Company takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable park. However The Company will not be liable for any person in respect of any loss of or damage to the personal property of, or the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of The Company) or otherwise. This exclusion of liability does not apply to liability which cannot by law be contracted out of, for example, because of the Trade Practices Act. Management reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice. For your safety and comfort shoes are required throughout the park. Please refer to the park map and displayed signage for specific details. Adults / carers are responsible for persons under their supervision and we recommend that you consider the decision to allow children to enter the park unaccompanied. The operation of some attractions may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity. No eskies, food or beverages can be brought into the Butterfly House Theme Park.


 

Locals’ Month Complimentary Annual Pass: Terms and Conditions
As part of our annual Locals’ Month promotion, Coffs Harbour Butterfly House offers eligible local residents the opportunity to receive a complimentary Annual Pass. Visitors participating in the promotion pay a discounted admission on the day of their visit, after which Coffs Harbour Butterfly House gifts a complimentary Annual Pass as a gesture of appreciation to our local community. The Annual Pass is not purchased and is provided as a complimentary privilege.
The Locals’ Month promotion is available only to residents within the eligible postcode areas advertised during the promotion. Proof of residency may be required when collecting or using the pass, and Coffs Harbour Butterfly House reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing or honoring a pass.
The Annual Pass is provided as a complimentary privilege and remains the property of Coffs Harbour Butterfly House. The pass is non-transferable and may not be resold, shared, or used by anyone other than the registered holder.
The Locals’ Month Annual Pass is valid from 1 February until 31 January of the following year. All Locals’ Month passes expire on 31 January regardless of the date the pass is issued. Visitors who collect their pass on 1 February will receive the full 12 months of access. Visitors who collect their pass later in the promotion period will receive access only for the remaining portion of the pass year until 31 January. The validity period does not extend for twelve months from the date of issue.
Annual Passes may only be used by the person whose name is registered on the pass. Pass holders may be required to present valid identification when entering the park to confirm the identity of the pass holder. If identification cannot be provided when requested, entry may be refused until identification is provided.
Annual Passes are strictly non-transferable. Lending, sharing, or allowing another person to use a pass is not permitted. Attempting to enter the park using another person’s pass, lending a pass to another individual, or attempting to copy, alter, duplicate, or misuse a pass may result in the immediate revocation of the pass without notice.
Pass holders are expected to behave respectfully toward park staff, volunteers, other visitors, animals, exhibits, and park facilities. Visitors must comply with all park rules and directions from staff while on the premises.
As the Annual Pass is a complimentary gift, Coffs Harbour Butterfly House reserves the right to revoke or cancel any pass at its discretion if a holder misuses the pass, behaves abusively or inappropriately toward staff or visitors, damages property, disregards park rules, or engages in behavior intended to harm the business or its reputation, including harassment, malicious conduct, or defamation.
If a pass is revoked, entry privileges will immediately cease and the pass will become invalid.
Coffs Harbour Butterfly House reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor, request identification from pass holders, revoke passes where terms and conditions are breached, and amend these terms and conditions at any time.
By accepting and using the complimentary Annual Pass, the holder acknowledges and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
