The adult moth has off-white forewings, each with variable patchy brown markings, several scattered dark brown spots across the middle, several more along the costa, and an interrupted dark line along the margin. The hindwings are off-white, and have a sinuous margin. The labial palps are long and hairy. These and the head, thorax and abdomen are off-white. The moth has a wingspan of about 2 cms.
