The adult moth of this species has yellow forewings, each with two black zig-zag transverse lines, a black splodge on the margin near the wing-tip, and a black spot at the base of the costa. The hindwings are yellow with a black band along each margin. It has a wingspan of about 3 cms.

New South Wales.
